I don’t think I’ve see so much hate over an ending of a video game. I myself haven’t beaten Mass Effect 3 but let me just say one thing:

Just because someone enjoyed the ending of this game doesnotmean that the aren’t as involved, or as gut wrenched, or committed, or affected by the characters and decisions of this game. It’s a dumbass assumption to make.

I cannot comprehend why people who liked the ending are clearly not was invested into the series as someone who hated it. We write the fan fiction, we draw the art, we come up with theories and ideas that haven’t been explored - we’re just as interested in this series as everyone else.

Now I haven’t beaten the game, so I cannot tell you if I like it or dislike it just yet. It’s called personal taste.
